Pack Your Items
Place the unworn, unwashed clothing with original tags attached into the original eco-friendly packaging if possible.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
